Analysis of Influencing Factors of Rehabilitation Compliance of Patients after Amputation Finger Replantation
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of rehabilitation compliance of patients after amputation finger replantation.Methods:A total of 120 patients after amputation finger reimplantation admitted to the Hand(Microscopic)Surgery Department of Binzhou Medical University Hospital from June 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The basic information,of functional exercise compliance scale for orthopedic patients score,pain numerical rating scale score,and simplified Chinese version of the PEA scale score of the patients were collected.The influencing factors of postoperative rehabilitation compliance were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results:Univariate analysis showed that age,family per capita monthly income,fracture index,education level and pain were related to rehabilitation compliance of patients after amputation finger replantation(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,family per capita monthly income,fracture index,education level and pain were the influencing factors of rehabilitation compliance after amputation finger replantation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical intervention measures should be taken according to the age,family per capita monthly income,fracture index,education level and pain of patients after amputation finger replantation to improve their rehabilitation compliance.
