Effect of Pain Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Patients with Thoracic Trauma and Rib Fracture
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of pain nursing intervention in patients with thoracic trauma after rib fracture.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chest trauma and rib fracture admitted to Tianjin Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as observation objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to computer randomization method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with general nursing,the observation group was treated with general nursing combined with pain nursing intervention.The psychological state,sleep quality,quality of life,pain degree,pain factor level,time index and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the levels of Self-rating Anxiety Scale,the Pittslourgh Sleep Quality Index score and serum 5-hydroxytryptamine and norepinephrine in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the MOS Item Short Form Health Survey was higher than that in control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1,2,3 and 7 days of nursing,the visual analog pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative pain duration and hospitalization time of control group were shorter than those of control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 76.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pain nursing intervention for patients with rib fracture of chest trauma can effectively relieve their psychological anxiety,improve sleep and quality of life,relieve pain degree,accelerate rehabilitation process,and have good nursing satisfaction.
