中文摘要：目的:分析全程无缝隙护理联合红外线照射对会阴侧切产妇的影响。方法:选取 2022年 5月—2024年 5月都昌县妇幼保健院收治的 70例行会阴侧切的产妇为研究对象，按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各 35例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用观察组全程无缝隙护理联合红外线照射。两组均护理 7 d。对比两组疼痛程度、心理状况、切口愈合情况、临床指标及护理满意度。结果:护理后，观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分及焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0。05)。护理后，观察组伤口愈合分级优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。观察组总产程、首次泌乳、首次排气及切口愈合时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0。05)。观察组护理总满意度为97。14%，高于对照组的74。29%，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论:全程无缝隙护理联合红外线照射利于缓解会阴侧切产妇的疼痛程度，改善其焦虑及抑郁情绪，缩短分娩的总产程时间，利于术后尽快首次排气及泌乳，促进切口良好愈合，可获得产妇较高的满意度。

外文摘要：Objective:To analyze the effect of the whole process of seamless nursing combined with infrared irradiation on parturients with lateral perineal incision.Methods:A total of 70 parturients undergoing lateral perineal incision treated in Duchang County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with the whole process of seamless nursing combined with infrared irradiation.Both groups were treated for 7 days.The pain degree,psychological status,incision healing,clinical indexes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the Pain Visual Analogue Score,Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the wound healing grade of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total labor process,first lactation,first exhaust and incision healing time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than 74.29%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The whole process of seamless nursing combined with infrared irradiation can alleviate the pain degree of pariperineal lateral incision,improve their anxiety and depression,shorten the total labor time,facilitate the first postoperative exhaust and lactation as soon as possible,promote good incision healing,and obtain a high degree of satisfaction of pariperineal lateral incision.
