Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Incision Aesthetics and Satisfaction and Complications in Patients with Ocular Trauma
Objective:To analyze the effects of comprehensive nursing on incision aesthetics,satisfaction and complications in patients with eye trauma.Methods:The clinical data of 54 patients with eye trauma treated by surgery admitted to Tianjin Third Central Hospital from June 2019 to June 2024 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into an observation group and a control group according to different intervention programs,with 27 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.The aesthetics,satisfaction and complications of postoperative incision were compared between the two groups.Results:Three months after operation,all dimensions of the Vancouoer Scar Scale in observation group were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.30%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group,and the complication rate of the observation group was 3.70%,which was lower than 29.63%of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing for patients with ocular trauma undergoing surgical treatment can improve the aesthetics and nursing satisfaction of postoperative incision and reduce complications,which has certain application value.
