The incidence of fracture is high in our country,the main treatment method is surgical treatment,and the postoperative rehabilitation training is needed to achieve the ideal therapeutic effect.The 5E rehabilitation model includes five elements:encourage,education,exercise,employment and evaluation.In recent years,it has been gradually applied to the rehabilitation of various fracture patients,which can effectively promote the postoperative rehabilitation process of fracture patients.This paper reviews the research progress of 5E rehabilitation mode in terms of its concept,application methods and effects,and puts forward existing problems and suggestions,in order to provide new ideas for improving the self-care ability of patients after fracture surgery and promoting postoperative rehabilitation.
