摘要
艺术教学素养是幼儿园教师的专业素质之一.当前因重视丰富多彩的生活带来的艺术体验,幼儿园艺术教学活动已经逐渐回归真实的生活世界.本文基于教育生活化的背景带来的关于幼儿园教师艺术教学素养提升的新思考,探究了教育生活化背景下幼儿园教师艺术教学素养的基本内涵及当前存在的隐忧,分析了幼儿园教师艺术教学素养的应对之策,分别从生活化艺术教育理念、艺术教学知识技能和艺术教育教学能力三个层面提出建议,为幼儿园教师艺术教学素养的发展与提升奠定基础.
Abstract
Art teaching quality is one of the professional qualities of kindergarten teachers.At present,due to the emphasis on the artistic experience brought by rich and colorful life,kindergarten art teaching activi-ties have gradually returned to the real life world.Based on the background of educational life,this paper brings new thoughts on the improvement of kindergarten teachers'art teaching literacy,explores the basic con-notation and current hidden worries of kindergarten teachers'art teaching literacy under the background of edu-cational life and analyzes the countermeasures for kindergarten teachers'art teaching quality.Finally,put for-ward suggestions from three aspects:art teaching idea and art teaching knowledge and skills and teaching abili-ty,so as to lay a foundation for the development and improvement of kindergarten teachers'art teaching literacy.
