摘要
随着人民对高品质生活的追求,农产品冷链物流的需求量呈现爆发式增长.遂宁市作为国家陆港型物流枢纽承载城市,在农产品冷链物流高质量发展过程中有自身的优劣势.本文采用 SWOT分析方法,分析了遂宁市农产品冷链物流的政策优势、资源优势、交通优势;冷链物流的硬件建设、冷链物流技术和冷链物流设施设备劣势;冷链物流发展迎来成渝经济圈发展战略和市场繁荣的机遇;冷链物流被成渝极核虹吸、区域竞争压力巨大的威胁.提出"打通最先一公里"、夯实冷链物流交通网络和依托"一主四辅"枢纽布局,打造差异化配送中心的冷链物流高质量发展路径.
Abstract
With the pursuit of high-quality life by the people,the demand for agricultural cold chain lo-gistics has shown explosive growth.As a national land port logistics hub carrying city,Suining has its own ad-vantages and disadvantages in the high-quality development of agricultural cold chain logistics.This article uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the policy advantages,resource advantages,and transportation ad-vantages of cold chain logistics;The hardware construction,technology,and equipment disadvantages of cold chain logistics;The development of cold chain logistics ushers in opportunities for the development strategy and market prosperity of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle;Cold chain logistics is threatened by the siphon of Chengdu-Chongqing polar nucleus and enormous regional competition pressure.It is to propose a high-quality development path for cold chain logistics by"connecting the first mile",consolidating the cold chain logistics transportation network,and relying on the layout of"one main and four auxiliary"hubs to create dif-ferentiated distribution centers.
