摘要
目前,职业院校产教融合还存在园区基地建设滞后、产权归属和股权分配结构不清晰、对接地方产业不紧密、价值取向不一致,难以形成产教共同体等问题.结合服务地方经济背景下职业院校产教融合的特点,从建设、投资、培养和运营四个方面开展了产教融合模式创新研究,形成了与职业院校专业建设相适应、与地方经济相对接、与地方产业相配套的"校区+园区+基地"建设模式、"学校+政府+企业"投资模式、"专业+产业+就业"培养模式、"教学+生产+研发"运营模式.
Abstract
At present,the integration of industry and education in vocational colleges still has some prob-lems,such as delayed construction of park bases,unclear structure of property ownership and equity distribu-tion,lack of connection with local industries,inconsistent value orientation and difficulty in forming a commu-nity of industry and education.Considering the characteristics of the integration of industry and education in vo-cational colleges under the background of serving local economy,we have carried out innovative research on the integration model of industry and education from four aspects:construction,investment,training and oper-ation.It has formed a construction model of"campus park base",an investment model of"school government enterprise",a training model of"professional industry employment"and an operating model of"teaching,production and research and development",which is compatible with the professional construction of vocational colleges,relative to the local economy and supporting local industries.
