摘要
在新时代的发展背景下,职业教育赋能乡村经济可持续发展,需要践行新发展理念、构筑新发展格局、遵循新发展价值理路,以乡村经济技术赋能为根本,实现科技创新、产业兴旺;以乡村经济人才培养为根本,实现人才导向型的人才培养优化模式;以乡村经济文化发展为根本,打造文化场域,实现乡村文化振兴.在新时代的背景下,民族地区作为乡村振兴的重点地区,职业教育在科技、人才、文化等方面赋能乡村经济的发展模式需结合民族地区特色并与市场、社会需求"同频"变动调整,探索出"城乡联动""校企联动""校地联动"的新型发展模式,推动民族地区乡村经济发展.
Abstract
In the context of the development of the new era,vocational education empowers the sustainable development of the rural economy,and it is necessary to practice the new development concept,build a new development pattern,follow the new development value principle,and take the rural economic and technologi-cal empowerment as the foundation to achieve scientific and technological innovation and industrial prosperity;taking the cultivation of rural economic talents as the foundation,realize the talent-oriented talent training op-timization model;taking the development of rural economy and culture as the foundation,we will create a cul-tural field and realize the revitalization of rural culture.In the context of the new era,ethnic minority areas as the key areas of rural revitalization,vocational education in science and technology,talents,culture and other aspects of the empowerment of rural economy development model needs to be combined with the characteristics of ethnic minority areas and the market,social demand"the same frequency"changes adjustment,explore the"urban-rural linkage","school-enterprise linkage"and"school-land linkage"of the new development model,to promote the development of rural economic development in ethnic minority areas.
