Exploring the Reform Path of College English Classroom Teaching from the Perspective of Cultural Change
The reform of college English classroom teaching based on cultural changes is the result and ob-jective requirement of cultural exchange paradigm changes,the result of the collision between Western culture and native culture,and the inevitable trend determined by social transformation and the value demands of"Chinese English".This paper analyzes some problems faced by college English classroom teaching,such as insufficient understanding of cultural change concepts,imbalanced cultural content,insufficient subject litera-cy,and technical support,as well as their adverse consequences.And it puts forward the paths and purpose of classroom teaching reform,and some measures such as strengthening cultural education concepts,increasing the content of mother tongue culture,enhancing teaching subject literacy,and improving technical assistance levels,which can provide impetus for the improvement of teaching objectives,content,ideas,and other differ-ent aspects.
