摘要
性灵诗人张船山不仅以卓著的诗书画屹立于"儒林",同时也是一代"循吏",清正廉明,敏于听断,素有"神断"之称,有襟霞阁主编的《张船山判牍》留存于世,流传甚广,影响颇大.《张船山判牍》不仅题材丰富,广泛反映嘉庆时期的社会生活;而且词章华美,事理通达,情理融合,兼具历史上"骈判"与"散判"之优长,具有较高的审美价值.本文试从审美角度探寻判牍的实用美、质实美、词章美、事理美和人情美.
Abstract
The spirit poet Zhang Chuanshan not only stands in"Confucian"with outstanding poetry,calli-graphy and painting,but also an"honest official",who is clear and honest,good at listening to cases and de-ciding cases,and has the title of"God's judgment".Now Zhang Chuanshan's Judgment and Correspondence edited by Jin Xiage remains in the world,spreading widely and having great influence.Zhang Chuanshan's Judgment and Correspondence widely reflects the social life of Jiaqing period,not only rich in subject matter,but also beautiful in words and chapters,integration of reason and sense,and good in history of"parallel judg-ment"and"scattered judgment",with high literary aesthetic value.This paper tries to explore the practical beauty,the quality beauty,the poetry beauty,the reason beauty and the human feeling beauty from the aes-thetic point of view.
