载金属有机框架纳米纤维敷料制备及抗菌性能研究

开发抑制细菌感染的伤口敷料来治疗复杂的伤口愈合过程一直是研究热点.通过共混电纺制备铜基-MOF(HKUST-1)掺入的聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维用于抗菌,并加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)改善纤维膜的亲水性.MOF-PAN@PVP纤维表现出令人满意的物理性能,如吸水率、水蒸气透过率等.由于 HKUST-1 的掺入,MOF-PAN@PVP 纤维对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌表现出良好的抗菌活性,同时细胞毒性试验证明,MOF-PAN@PVP 纤维具有生物相容性,可支持细胞粘附.展现了成为伤口敷料的潜力.
Preparation and Antibacterial Properties of Metal Loaded Organic Framework Nanofiber Dressings
Developing wound dressings that inhibit bacterial infections to treat complex wound healing proces-ses has always been a research hotspot.The preparation of Cu MOF(HKUST-1)doped polyacrylonitrile(PAN)fi-bers for antibacterial purposes by blending electrospinning,and the improvement of the hydrophilicity of the fiber membrane by adding polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP).MOF-PAN@PVP fibers exhibit satisfactory physical properties,such as water absorption and water vapor permeability.Due to the incorporation of HKUST-1,MOF-PAN@PVP fibers exhibit good antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.At the same time,cyto-toxicity tests have shown that MOF-PAN@PVP fibers have biocompatibility and can support cell adhesion,showing the potential to become a wound dressing.
