摘要
为制备混合型多孔丝网吸液芯,为金属热管的设计与加工提供基础数据,本文以 100 目、200 目、300 目304 不锈钢丝网为原材料,试样采用电阻焊进行焊接,研究了搭接目数、搭接角度、焊点间距以及焊接能量对组合型丝网吸液芯的拉伸和顶破性能.研究结果表明:搭接目数对试样的拉伸与顶破性能影响最大,焊接能量对试样的拉伸与顶破性能的影响最小.
Abstract
In order to fabricate mixed porous wire mesh suction core and provide basic data for the design and processing of metal heat pipe,this paper takes 100 mesh,200 mesh,300 mesh 304 stainless steel wire mesh as raw materials.The samples are welded by resistance welding,and the tensile and bursting performance of the combined wire mesh suction core are studied by the number of lap mesh,lap angle,weld-ing spot spacing and welding energy.The results show that the number of lap mesh has the greatest effect on the tensile and bursting properties of the samples,and the welding energy has the least effect on the tensile and bursting properties of the samples.
