响应面优化絮凝法去除生活污水中COD

为探究生活污水中COD去除的最佳工艺条件,采用单因素试验和响应面优化试验协同探究 PAC投加量、pH值、PAM投加量以及搅拌速度对COD去除率的影响.结果表明,结合Design-Expert软件预测值与验证实验得到污水中COD去除最佳工艺参数如下:PAC投加量为 0.4 mL、pH=7.5、PAM投加量为 7.5 mL、搅拌速度为 150 r/min,在此条件下污水中COD去除率预测值为 77.75%,实测值为(75.89±1.36)%,预测值与实测值接近.
COD Removal from Domestic Sewage by Response Surface Optimization Flocculation
In order to explore the optimal process conditions for COD removal in domestic sewage,the effects of PAC dosage,pH value,PAM dosage and stirring speed on COD removal rate were investigated by single factor test and response surface optimization test.The results show that,combined with the predicted value of Design-Expert software and the verification experiment,the optimal process parameters of COD re-moval in sewage are as follows:PAC dosage is 0.4 mL,pH=7.5,PAM dosage is 7.5 mL,stirring speed is 150 r/min,under these conditions,the predicted COD removal rate is 77.75%,the measured value is(75.89±1.36)%.The predicted value is close to the measured value.
