Establishing Virtue and Cultivating Talents from the Perspective of Huang Yanpei's Vocational Education Thought:Essence of Ideas,Goal Hierarchy and Advancement Path
Mr.Huang Yanpei's research and practice in vocational education for nearly 40 years have con-structed a complete,scientific,and advanced ideological system for vocational education.Among them,there is a profound essence of cultivating virtue and nurturing people.This article is based on Huang Yanpei's voca-tional education ideas,dividing the goal of cultivating virtues and talents in vocational education into four pro-gressive educational levels:making unemployed individuals have jobs,making those who have jobs to enjoy their job,making those who enjoying their job to be proficient in professional,and making those who are profi-cient in professional to be innovation and entrepreneurship.The article explores its implementation path,allo-wing Mr.Huang Yanpei's vocational education ideas to shine again for the moral education of vocational educa-tion in the new era.
