职业师范本科学生思想政治素养现状与提升路径探究——以S职业技术学院为例

随着我国对职业教育重视程度的提升,职业教育改革发展已步入提质培优的高速发展阶段.为了回应社会对高素质技术技能人才的需求,众多学校纷纷增设了本科层次的技术技能师范专业.作为未来职业教育的中坚力量,职业师范本科学生的思想政治素养对新时代职业教育事业的发展至关重要.本文选取 S职业技术学院为例,深入调研了 2020 级至 2024 级职业师范本科学生的思想政治素养现状.通过对现状成因的剖析,发现了职业师范院校在技能人才思想政治素养培养方面存在的问题和面临的困境.为此本文将课题组在教学实践中发现的比较有针对性的解决办法一一提出来,旨在提升职业师范本科学生的思想政治素养,从而为打造一支具备坚定理想信念、优秀道德品质、较高文化素养和纪律意识的优秀职业院校技术技能型教师队伍提供重要支撑.
Study on theCurrent Situation and Training Path of Ideological and Political Literacy of Professional Normal Undergraduate Students——Take S Vocational and Technical College as an Example
With the increase of importance to vocational education in China,the reform and development of vocational education has stepped into the rapid development stage of quality and training.In order to respond to the social demand for high-quality technical skills,many schools have added the undergraduate level.As the backbone of the future vocational education,the ideological and political accomplishment of professional normal undergraduate students is of great importance to the development of vocational education in the new era.In this paper,S Vocational and Technical College was selected as an example to deeply investigate the ideological and political literacy of profes-sional normal undergraduate students from 2020 to 2024.Through the analysis of the causes of the current situation,the problems existing and the difficulties faced in the ideological and political literacy training of vocational normal colleges are found.This paper will use team finding in the teaching practice more targeted solutions,one by one,to improve professional normal undergraduate students'ideological and political accomplishment,to build a have ideal faith,moral quality,cultural quality and discipline consciousness of excellent vocational colleges technical skilled teachers to provide important support.
