摘要

"双导师制"作为人才培养的重要方式,在国际和国内高等教育领域中得到广泛应用.通过 SWOT态势分析后发现,"双导师制"在提升专业型教育硕士的理论和实践能力方面具有一定的优势,但在管理、选拔、培训、考核等多个层面存在诸多不利因素和亟待解决的问题.把握政策机遇,积极完善相关管理和制度建设有助于推动专业型教育硕士"双导师制"培养模式的健康发展.

Abstract

Double tutorial system as an important ways of talent cultivation,has been widely applied in the field of international and domestic higher education.It is through the analysis of the SWOT,which discovers its priority of promoting the ability of thoery and practice for professional master of education.However,it still has many disadvantagesand problems unsolved in the management,selection,training and examine.It is to seize policy opprtunities.It is through actively improving management and institutional construction so as to promote double tutorial system of the professional master of education's healthy develoment.
