The Evidence-centered Design is a systematic evaluation design model,which is integrated,visible,flexible and repetitive,and is suitable for evaluating complex,abstract core competencies.Based on the Evidence-centered Design Model and the"English Curriculum Standards for compulsory Education(2022-year Edition)",a competencies-oriented evaluation model with diverse subjects and methods was constructed.The model systematically evaluates the core competencies of students in different grades within a reasonable range with the help of real scenarios,three-dimensional core competencies quality standards,tasks rooted in real scenarios,and the evaluation presentation that is represented by propositions,modern information technology,activities.The model can be used to improve the quality of propositions,enhance teachers'evaluation literacy,improve the scientificity of evaluation of evaluation,and promote the integration of teaching,learning and evaluation.
