义务教育英语学科核心素养评价模型设计

"证据中心"评价设计模式是一种系统化进行评价设计的模式,具有整合性、可视性、灵活性、重复性,适用于评价复杂、抽象的英语学科核心素养.以"证据中心"模式为基础,《义务教育英语课程为标准(2022 版)》为依据,建构主体多元、方式多样的素养导向评价模型.该模型依托真实情景,借助立体化的核心素养质量标准和扎根真实情景的任务,以纸笔、活动、现代信息技术等手段为呈现方式,在合理范围内系统评估不同学段学生的英语学科核心素养,可改善命题质量、提升教师评价素养、促进教学评一体化等.
Design of Core Competencies Evaluation Framework for Compulsory English Education
The Evidence-centered Design is a systematic evaluation design model,which is integrated,visible,flexible and repetitive,and is suitable for evaluating complex,abstract core competencies.Based on the Evidence-centered Design Model and the"English Curriculum Standards for compulsory Education(2022-year Edition)",a competencies-oriented evaluation model with diverse subjects and methods was constructed.The model systematically evaluates the core competencies of students in different grades within a reasonable range with the help of real scenarios,three-dimensional core competencies quality standards,tasks rooted in real scenarios,and the evaluation presentation that is represented by propositions,modern information technology,activities.The model can be used to improve the quality of propositions,enhance teachers'evaluation literacy,improve the scientificity of evaluation of evaluation,and promote the integration of teaching,learning and evaluation.
