Quantitative Analysis of Policy Text on Information of Rural Education in China——From the Perspective of Policy Tools
Rural education informatization is an important way to promote educational equality and develop educational balance.Educational policy plays a guiding role in the informatization construction of rural educa-tion.Based on the perspective of policy tools,from the the type of policy tools and three dimensions of policy types and development stages.It makes the quantitative statistical analysis of policy texts on rural education in-formatization from 1998 to 2021.The study shows the number of rural education informatization texts are show-ing an upward trend.However,There is a lack of student ability,insufficient attention from teacher training and insufficient use of motivational tools and issues such as imbalanced supply of policy tools.The study sug-gests that reasonable adjustment of policy tools structure should be made and it increases the matching degree between policy tools and educational informatization construction.Meanwhile,it increases attention to cultiva-tion of student abilities and the effectiveness of teacher training.
