基于"四习贯通"的师范类专业实践教学模式研究

"四习贯通"的师范类专业实践教学模式,是将教育见习、演习、研习和实习四个部分融汇贯通,互为映照,形成统一整体,构建该模式是提高师范生人才培养质量的关键环节.通过对"四习贯通"研究缘起阐述,进一步分析了目前师范生实践教学存在的主要问题.在师范专业认证的背景下,以成果导向理念为理论指导,构建"四习贯通"实践教学模式并提出关键举措,旨在让"四习"互为衔接贯穿于人才培养全过程,提高师范生的专业实践能力.
Research on the Practice Teaching Mode of Normal Major Based on the"Four Practices in One"
The practice teaching model of"four practices in one"is to integrate the four parts of educa-tion apprenticeship,exercise,study and internship,reflecting each other to form a unified whole,and the construction of this model is a key link to improve the quality of talent cultivation for normal students.By elabo-rating on the origin of the study of the"four practices in one",paper further analyze the main problems of practical teaching for normal majors.Under the Background of Normal Professional Certification,we try to con-struct a"four practices in one"practice teaching model with the theoretical guidance of the results-oriented concept and put forward key initiatives,aiming to make the interconnected four practical teaching modes throughout the whole process of talent cultivation,and to improve the professional practice of normal students.
