共青团新媒体产品与青年网络文化诉求供给匹配度机制探究——以S省共青团平台为例

以S省共青团新媒体平台为例,对青年网络文化诉求供给匹配进行了调查研究,提出共青团新媒体工作者应通过组建人才队伍、提高青年"认可度",完善组织体系、提升青年"满意度",整合行政资源、提供青年"服务力"等途径,创新凝聚引领服务青年的方式方法,进一步提高共青团新媒体产品与青年网络文化诉求间的匹配度,打造旗帜鲜明、青年喜爱的"网上共青团".
The Exploration into the Matching Mechanism between New Media Products of the Communist Youth League and Internet Cultural Demands of the Youth——Taking the Communist Youth League New Media Platform in S Province as an Example
Taking the Communist Youth League new media platform in S Province as an example,the in-vestigation and research on the matching of youth network cultural demand and the supply of new media cultur-al products of the Communist Youth League were investigated.It was proposed that the Communist Youth League new media workers should innovate and lead the way of serving young people by forming a talent team.It is to improve the"recognition"of young people,to improve the organizational system,to improve the"satis-faction"of young people,integrating administrative resources and provide youth"service capabilities"in order to further improve the matching degree between the new media products of the Communist Youth League and the online cultural demands of young people,creating a clear-cut and the"online Communist Youth League"being loved by youth.
