With the continuous advancement of China'legal system,Contitutional review id becoming in-creasing prominent.It is the first time to write constitutionality issues into leagl provisions in New Legislative,containing the objects of constitutional review.The constitutional issues and not contradiction principle belong to the category of constitutional review.The difference of the two is the degree of against the Contitution Law.The constitutional review makes great progress in legislative.As for the future,it should specify relevant provisions on the post legal review.It is to improve and apply constitutional review,the traceability of contitu-tional review results and establishing the priority position of contitutional review.
