Reform and Innovation of Student Management in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Humanistic Care
Since entering the new era,facing the educational requirements of higher vocational colleges and the characteristics of students'development,the student management of higher vocational colleges is facing new challenges and new opportunities in promoting humanistic care.At present,from the perspective of hu-manistic care,the student management in higher vocational colleges mainly has problems such as imperfect working system,not advanced working concept and insufficient humanistic environment,which lead to the re-duction of education and teaching quality,and can not help students solve problems in a timely and effective manner.From the perspective of humanistic care for students'management in higher vocational colleges,this paper combined with the necessity of current student management in higher vocational colleges,analyzed the obstacles to promoting humanistic care in view of existing problems,made efforts to explore the reform and in-novation of student management in higher vocational colleges,insisted on taking students as the main body,provided the basic guarantee for students'all-round development,and implemented the fundamental education goal of cultivating morality and people.
