摘要
为了解中职学生抑郁、网络成瘾与早餐食用情况的关联性,为引导中职学生养成每天吃早餐的习惯提供参考,本文采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和网络成瘾量表(IAT)对四川省一所中职学校891名学生进行问卷调查.结果发现,中职生健康吃早餐的有299人(33.5%),不健康吃早餐的有592人(66.5%),不同年级、留守经历、学习成绩、抑郁、网络成瘾学生之间不经常吃早餐的报告率差异均有统计意义(x2值分别为12.08、4.59、12.39、27.98、19.99,P均<0.05),早餐与抑郁呈正相关(r=0.21,P<0.01),早餐与网络成瘾呈正相关(r=0.20,P<0.01),且抑郁与网络成瘾之间也呈正相关(r=0.38,P<0.01),抑郁与网络成瘾对不健康吃早餐有正向预测作用(P值均<0.05).抑郁、网络成瘾是早餐食用情况的影响因素,社会、学校、家庭应加强引导中职学生养成每天吃早餐的习惯,避免不吃早餐与抑郁、网络成瘾聚集出现.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between depression,Internet addiction and breakfast consumption among secondary vocational school students,and to provide reference for guiding secondary voca-tional school students to develop the habit of eating breakfast every day.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 891 students from three grades in a secondary vocational school in Sichuan Province using the Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and the Internet Addiction Test(IAT).The results showed that 299(33.5%)of vocational school students ate breakfast healthily,and 592(66.5%)of them ate breakfast un-healthily.There were statistically significant differences in the reporting rate of not eating breakfast regularly a-mong students of different grades,staying experiences,academic performance,depression,and Internet ad-diction disorder(X2 values were 12.08,4.59,12.39,27.98,and 19.99,respectively,P<0.05).Breakfast was positively correlated with depression(r=0.21,P<0.01),and breakfast was positively correlated with In-ternet addiction disorder(r=0.20,P<0.01),There was also a positive correlation between depression and Internet addiction disorder(r=0.38,P<0.01).Depression and Internet addiction had a positive predictive effect on unhealthy breakfast eating(both P<0.05).Depression and Internet addiction were the influencing factors of breakfast consumption.Society,schools,and family should strengthen guidance for secondary voca-tional school students to develop the habit of eating breakfast every day to avoid the occurrence of skipping breakfast and the aggregation of depression and Internet addiction.
