Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Androsace umbellata (Lour.) Merr. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified via silica gel and SephadexLH-20 column chromatography as well as recrystallization. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis and physicochemical properties. Results:Four compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin (2),β-daucosterol (3),3β-O-β-D- glucopyranosyl (1→2)-α-L- arabinopyranosy-cyclamiretin A (4).
