点地梅的化学成分研究

摘要
目的:研究点地梅属(Androsace L.)植物Androsace umbellata(Lour.)Merr.的干燥全草的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶,Sephadex LH-20及大孔吸附树脂等色谱法分离点地梅的化学成分,用波谱方法鉴定其结构。结果:从点地梅中分离并鉴定了4个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素(1),β-胡萝卜苷(2),3β-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)-α-L-阿拉伯糖-16α-羟基-西克拉敏A(3)。
Abstract
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Androsace umbellata (Lour.) Merr. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified via silica gel and SephadexLH-20 column chromatography as well as recrystallization. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis and physicochemical properties. Results:Four compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin (2),β-daucosterol (3),3β-O-β-D- glucopyranosyl (1→2)-α-L- arabinopyranosy-cyclamiretin A (4).
