大一新生心理亚健康问题研究--以重庆XX高校为例

摘要
近年来，我国高校大学生心理亚健康问题日趋显著，掌握大一新生心理并加以引导对于预防和治疗大学生心理问题有着重要意义。本文选取了重庆市XX本科院校为研究对象，采用问卷调查法、访谈法对学生进行了抽样调查，力图解决大一新生的心理亚健康问题。
Abstract
In recent years, the problem of the psychological sub-health of college students in China has become increasingly significant. To research this can help us to prevent and treat the psychological sub-health of college students. We Select Chongqing XX undergraduate institutions for the study, make some interviews, trying to solve psychological sub-health problem of the freshman.
