摘要
本文主要对德国和日本的长期护理保险制度在制度建立背景、制度内容、制度实施的成效进行介绍和比较，从中探求可借鉴的经验以发展我国长期护理保险制度。
Abstract
This paper focuses on the long-term care insurance system in Germany and Japan in the system to create a background system content, effectiveness of the implementation of the system is introduced and compared, from which to explore the useful experience for the development of China's long-term care insurance system.
