摘要
党的十八大报告中明确提出并且确立了生态文明建设的奋斗目标。这是中国共产党在马克思主义中国化实践道路上所取得的又一个重大新进展、新认识、新成果，丰富和发展了中国特色社会主义理论。
Abstract
The eighteenth big report clearly put forward and established the goal of ecological civilization construction. This is the communist party of China on the Marxism practical way of another big new progress and new cognition, new results, enriched and developed the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
