摘要
以娜塔栎、沼生栎、舒玛栎、双色栎4种栎树的休眠枝为试材,分别在0、-5、-10、-15、-20、-25、-30、-35℃下低温胁迫处理后,测定其枝皮的电导率、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、可溶性蛋白、MDA含量,探讨其生理生化指标的变化及抗寒性。结果表明,随温度的降低,4栎树植物的电导率曲线呈现典型的S型,而生理指标均呈升高后降低的趋势。通过拟合Logistic方程得出4种植物的半致死温度(LT50)并确定了4种栎树的抗寒性强弱:沼生栎(-28.42℃)>娜塔栎(-25.11℃)>双色栎(-24.78℃)>舒玛栎(-22.42℃)。
Abstract
Dormant branches of four oak trees (Quercus nuttallii,Quercus palustris,Quercus shumardii,Quercus bi-color)were used as materials to measure the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes (the electrolyte leakage, POD,SOD,soluble protein,MDA content)under different low temperature condition(0℃、-5℃、-10℃、-15℃、-20℃、-25 ℃、-30℃、-35 ℃ in this paper.Logistic equation was applied to fitting change rules of the electrolyte leakage,the results showed that the fitting effect is remarkable and correlation coefficient all are above 0. 90.Semi-le-thal temperature(LT50)and cold resistance rankings of four kinds of oak trees were obtained by parameters analyzing:palustris,Quercus (-28. 42℃)>Quercus nuttallii (-25. 1 1 ℃)>Quercus bicolor (-24. 78 ℃)>Quercus shu-mardii (-22. 42℃).
