The self verification function of blockchain evidence has improved the dilemma of the authenticity of electronic evidence,and in-depth research on research hotspots and development trends of blockchain evidence can accelerate the development of litigation informatization and the construction of smart courts.Using bibliometric analysis method,with the help of software CiteSpace5.8.R3,taking the documents in CNKI database and WOS database as samples,through the maps of keyword co occurrence,clustering,time evolution,etc.,the research focuses,research frontiers and research trends were comprehensively analyzed.The number of"blockchain evidence"documents issued at home and abroad is increasing year by year,and the trend of research hotspot technology,research viewpoint localization,and research frontier practice is emerging.The nourishment of China's local judicial theory and practice alone cannot provide benign development soil for the construction and improvement of blockchain evidence rules,and attention should be paid to the use of comparative analysis research methods at home and abroad,Focus on the problems existing in the judicial practice of blockchain evidence,and propose systematic solutions.
