摘要
对于以全心全意为人民服务为宗旨的中国警察群体而言,一个积极、透明和专业的文化形象有助于建立更好的警民关系,提高警察的职业效能和公众满意度.作为社会文化的一部分,警察形象的形成和发展深受历史和文化的影响.不同历史时期和社会文化背景下,警察形象的内涵和外延会有所不同.这种变化体现了历史发展的内在规律和文化传承的连续性.作为承载着鲜明"文化特征"的群体,中国警察文化形象的塑造已从初期仅限于"注释式"的直观理解阶段,包括对警察队伍日常行为、仪式庆典、历史传统及象征符号的记录与初步阐释,逐步演进为一种更为系统且深入的"理论式"归纳分析,涵盖了警察队伍文化的历史渊源追溯、发展脉络梳理、核心价值观提炼以及社会影响力的深度剖析,展现了更为全面和深刻的文化内涵.从对文化现象的初步注释和理解,逐步发展到构建和完善关于自身文化的理论体系这一过程中,"对党忠诚、服务人民、执法公正、纪律严明"的训词精神,不仅是党和人民对警察身份的四项原则要求,更为新时代中国人民警察队伍的文化形象建构指明了方向.
Abstract
For Chinese police force,whose mission is to"serve the people wholeheartedly",a positive,transparent,and professional cultural image is essential.It helps build better police-community relations,en-hances police efficiency,and increases public satisfaction.The formation and development of the police image are significantly influenced by historical and cultural contexts,with varying connotations and extensions across different periods,reflecting the continuous nature of historical and cultural heritage.Initially,the construction of the Chinese police cultural image focused on an"annotation-based"understanding,involving the documen-tation and preliminary interpretation of police behaviors,ceremonies,traditions,and symbols.Over time,it has evolved into a more systematic and in-depth"theory-based"analysis,including historical origins,devel-opmental trajectories,core value extraction,and in-depth social impact analysis,thereby presenting a more comprehensive and profound cultural essence.In transitioning from initial annotations to the construction of a theoretical framework,the guiding principles of"loyalty to the Party,serving the people,fairness in law en-forcement,and strict discipline"have not only been fundamental requirements but also provide direction for the construction of the cultural image of the Chinese police in the new era.
