考虑动静态指标的港口企业安全生产风险预警研究

港口作业货种多、作业区域广、作业类型杂,存在大量动态化立体交叉形式作业过程,现场作业各个环节紧密联接又相互制约,安全生产风险情况处于多因素关联的耦合状态,若一个环节出现安全问题,整个生产过程将受到影响.以T港口散杂企业为试点,基于港口企业的安全生产数据利用AHP-模糊评价法,从"动态+静态"的角度出发,综合评估分析港口企业的安全生产状态,使评价结果更客观,从而摸清安全管理薄弱环节,针对风险过高和趋势明显的行为和现象进行提前预警,防范安全生产事故.
Research on early-warning of safety production risk in port enterprises considering dynamic and static indicators
There are many types of cargo,wide operating areas,and diverse types of operations in port operations,resulting in a large number of dynamic and three-dimensional intersecting forms of operation processes.The various links of on-site operations are closely connected and mutually constrained,and the risk situation of safety production is in a coupled state of multiple factors.If a link existence a safety problem,the whole production process will be affected.In this paper,T Port's miscellaneous enterprises were used as a pilot project.Besides,the AHP fuzzy evaluation method was used to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the safety production status of port enterprises from the perspective of"dynamic +static",and based on the safety production data of port enterprises.The evaluation results are more objected in this paper,and the weak links in safety management is identified.Behaviors and phenomena with high risks and obvious trendsare warned in advance,and safety production accidents are prevented.
