Analysis and repair measures for water damage of Zhangjia middle-bar waterway protection project in the Yangtze River
The Zhangjia middle-bar Protection Project is a pivotal control project for the Zhangjiazhou Waterway,a key navigation obstruction waterway in the Wuhan Anqing section of the Yangtze River mainline.Initiated in 2019,the project encountered a significant flood event across the entire Yangtze River basin in 2020,characterized by elevated water levels and prolonged duration, leading to erosion on the north port side of the Zhangjia middle-bar Protection Project. In order to ensure the stability of the project and the effect of the remediation buildings, the slope surface was reinforced and repaired by stone paving and steel wire mesh, and the reinforced area was smoothly connected with the surrounding geomorphology and the original project, which can provide reference for other similar repair projects.
