Research and practice of zero-carbon transformation path of existing container terminals in China
Under the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, higher requirements are put forward for the construction of a strong transportation country, especially the green development of ports. In view of the zero-carbon transformation of existing container terminals,on the basis of summarizing the many attempts and explorations of major domestic ports in the creation of zero carbon, the problems faced by the zero-carbon transformation of existing container terminals are analyzed, and the systematic implementation path of zero-carbon transformation of existing container terminals is proposed from four aspects:energy structure,energy-using equipment, energy efficiency management, and ship carbon reduction, and Tianjin Port Pacific International Container Terminal is taken as an example. This paper analyzes its practices and experience in zero-carbon transformation, and provides top-level design and practical creation experience for China's existing container terminals to zero-carbon transition. Finally, the direction of improvement and optimization in the next stage of the zero-carbon transformation of existing containers is proposed.
