桩桶复合基础是一种新型的单桩基础与桶体基础相结合的海上风电基础结构,结合项目对其施工工艺与质量控制进行了研究和应用.单桩基础采用稳桩工艺进行施打,桶型基础结构先通过船吊套装在打设完毕的单桩基础上,通过自重下沉和抽负压下沉到位,采用水下灌浆工艺将单桩基础与桶型基础连接成整体.施工质量的关键是桶体基础安装的方位角和偏斜度控制、桶型基础与单桩基础之间灌浆部位的淤泥清除、桩桶间隙灌浆区的顶封板设计和安装.该施工技术和质量控制方法在浙江台州1 号海上风电项目得到了成功应用,其具有施工成本低、效率高的特点.
Application and innovation of pile bucket composite structure in offshore wind power engineering
Pile bucket composite foundation is a new type of offshore wind power foundation structure that combines single pile foundation and bucket foundation.Its construction technology and quality control have been studied and applied in combination with the project.The single pile foundation is driven using the stable pile technology.The bucket foundation structure is first installed on the completed single pile foundation through a ship crane set,then sunk in place through self-weight sinking and negative pressure pumping,and finally connected to the bucket foundation as a whole through underwater grouting.The key to construction quality is the control of the azimuth and inclination of the bucket foundation installation,the removal of mud in the grouting area between the bucket foundation and the single pile foundation,and the design and installation of the top sealing plate in the grouting area between the pile and bucket.This construction technology and quality control method have been successfully applied in the Taizhou No.1 offshore wind power project in Zhejiang,with the characteristics of low construction cost and high efficiency.
