Research on calibration technology of port crane-load capacity limiter
Based on the calibration requirements of multi-scenario load capacity limiter for port cranes, measurement technical indicators for load capacity limiter under laboratory and on-site conditions were proposed.A traceability method of lifting capacity parameter values was researched, and a value traceability path was established. In the laboratory,a universal testing machine was used as a standard to simulate the on-site usage conditions of the load limiter.A dedicated load-bearing component was designed to achieve high-precision calibration of the load limiter in a standard environment.Under on-site conditions,a measuring standard device was developed using weights as a standard, achieving in-situ calibration of the load capacity limiter under equivalent complex on-site conditions.A measurement uncertainty model for multiple scenarios was constructed, and the analysis and evaluation of uncertainty in indication measurement results was completed.Based on the calibration method proposed in this paper,a composite conformity verification was provided for the metrological performance and calibration method of the lifting capacity limiter in laboratory standard environments and complex on-site environments in ports. The results show that the accuracy, stability, and reliability of the measurement data of the lifting capacity limiter would be improved. The problem of the traceability of the measurement value of the completed port cranes could be effectively solved, which is crucial for improving operational efficiency of smart ports and ensuring port safety.
