基于系统动力学的自动化集装箱码头作业安全风险仿真分析

采用系统动力学对自动化集装箱码头岸桥装卸作业的安全风险进行分析,利用事故树的溯源分析辅助建立了包括本质安全因素、环境因素、系统和网络因素、管理因素在内的4 个方面共计19 个自变量的系统动力学模型;根据实际情况识别出包括机械维护保养修正系数、网络安全管控措施修正系数等在内的5 个辅助变量;利用模糊判断确定自变量的发生概率,根据各变量之间的逻辑关系确定系统动力学模型中的数学表达式;通过模型仿真检验当前安全策略对总体事故概率的影响性.研究成果可为自动化集装箱码头总体安全风险计算提供参考依据.
Simulation analysis of safety risk in automated container terminals operations based on system dynamics
System dynamics was used to analyze the safety risks of quay crane loading and unloading operations in automated container terminals.The system dynamics model with 19 independent variables in four aspects,including intrinsic safety factors,environmental factors,system and network factors,and management factors,was established with the help of the traceability analysis of the accident tree.Five auxiliary variables,including mechanical maintenance correction coefficients and network security control measures correction coefficients,were identified according to the actual situation.Fuzzy judgment was used to determine the probability of occurrence of independent variables,and the mathematical expressions in the system dynamics model were determined according to the logical relationships among the variables.The influence of the current safety strategy on the overall accident probability was tested through model simulation.The research results can provide a reference for the calculation of the overall safety risk of automated container terminals.
