沿海航道数字孪生场景构建方法研究

针对沿海航道数字孪生场景构建过程中航道要素采集、数据融合组织和多维映射模型快速构建能力不足的难点,提出了一种沿海航道数字孪生场景构建方法.利用密度聚类与DENCLUE算法,分别提取船位点、转向点、交汇点等代表性特征点构建航道交通流网络,为无人艇巡航和数据采集提供了航行区域.应用计算机视觉技术、神经网络算法,基于自主巡航无人艇搭载单目相机对水上环境进行语义分割,实现了航行环境的态势感知,融合海洋环境要素并将采集的航道空间要素和水面船舶航行等信息应用于孪生场景的构建.研发了航道多源异构数据融合模型,实现了大并发量情况下航道要素数据索引的快速创建,并在此基础上构建了"几何-物理-行为-规则"的沿海航道全要素数字孪生体,实现了物理航道向数字航道的多维映射.通过试验海域验证结果表明,该方法实现了无人艇环境动态感知、自主巡航、航道要素高效建模和增强显示,为沿海航道数字孪生场景快速构建提供了一种有效途径.
Research on construction method of digital twin scene of coastal channel
A construction method of digital twin scenes of coastal channel was proposed aiming at the difficulties of insufficient ability of channel element collection,data fusion organization and rapid construction of multi-dimensional mapping model in the process of constructing digital twin scenes of coastal channel.Based on density clustering and DENCLUE algorithm,the representative feature points such as ship position,turning point and intersection point were extracted to construct the channel traffic flow network,providing a navigation area for unmanned boat cruise and data collection.According to computer vision technology and neural network algorithm,the semantic segmentation of water environment based on monocular camera carried by autonomous cruise unmanned boat was realized.The situational awareness of navigation environment was realized.The marine environment elements were integrated,and the collected information such as channel space elements and surface ship navigation was applied to the construction of twin scenes.A multi-source heterogeneous data fusion model of channel was developed,which realized the rapid creation of channel element data index under the condition of large concurrency.A digital twin of all elements of coastal channel with"geometry-physics-behavior-rule"was constructed,and the multi-dimensional mapping from physical channel to digital channel was realized.The verification results in the experimental sea area show that the method realizes the dynamic perception of unmanned boat environment,autonomous cruise,efficient modeling and enhanced display of channel elements,thereby providing an effective way for the rapid construction of digital twin scenes in coastal channel.
