船舶航道通行智能监管系统的设计和应用

基于提高港口航道船舶通行安全及智能监控能力的目的,推出由船载接收机、航标指示(灯)和监管操纵台整体化设计的船舶航道通行智能监管系统.智能航标指示(灯)采取多传感器技术进行辨识潮汐、潮时等信息收集和处理,并通过导航技术对航标指示(灯)、航道内船舶和物标进行定位,实现系统内各组件数据经无线通信技术达到互联互通的精准传输,且监督部门和船舶可实时调用船舶航道内航标指示(灯)及船舶动态的全部信息.航道航行结果分析表明:此船舶航道通行智能监管系统可准确取得故障航标指示(灯)位置及其他灯标工作状态、实时检测航道潮汐、潮时信息,以及实时的船舶动态信息.
Design and application of intelligent supervision system for ship waterway traffic
For the purpose of improving ship traffic safety and intelligent monitoring ability of port waterways,an intelligent supervision system of ship waterway traffic was introduced.It comprised a shipborne receiver,navigation beacon indication(light)and a supervision console.Intelligent beacon indication adopted multi-sensor technology to collect and process information such as tide and tide time identification,utilizing China Beidou navigation technology to locate navigation beacon indication(light),ships and object markers in the waterway.The system facilitated the accurate transmission of each component data through wireless communication technology.Both the supervision department and the ship can access the navigation mark instructions(lights)and all the dynamic information of the ship in the waterway in real time.The analysis of the navigation results show that the intelligent monitoring system can accurately obtain the fault beacon indication(light)position and the working status of other lights,real-time detection of channel tide and tide time information,as well as real-time ship dynamic information.
