导赤散及其组方体外抑菌作用研究

摘要
研究导赤散单药及其组方的体外抑菌实验效果。采用纸片法分别测定生地、甘草、淡竹叶、木通和导赤散水煎液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径，采用二倍稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度（mIC）。甘草和导赤散水煎液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌最强。
Abstract
To study in vitro antibacterial activity of Daochi powder and its composition. The antibacterial activity of rehmannia, licorice,Lophatheri Gracilis,Akebia trifoliate and Daochi powder was studied by the disk diffusion susceptibility test(Kir - by bauer). The minimum inhibitory concentration( mIC)was determined by tube double dilution method. Licorice and Daochi powder exered the best antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.
