海洋真菌 ZJ353对植物病原菌的抑菌谱研究

真菌 ZJ353是本实验室前期在北冰洋沉积物样品中分离出的一株海洋真菌，对金黄色葡萄球菌具有较好的抑菌活性。本实验研究了它对产黄青霉、尖孢镰刀菌、黄瓜菌核、立枯丝核菌、串珠镰刀菌、叶霉、盘单毛孢、平头刺盘孢霉等8种植物致病真菌的抑制作用。实验结果表明，海洋真菌 ZJ353对产黄青霉，尖孢镰刀菌有一定抑制作用，而对其余6种真菌没有抑制作用。
Antimicrobial Spectrum of Marine Fungi ZJ353 Against Plant Pathogenic Fungi
A strain of marine fungi ZJ353 which had a good antagonistic effect against Staphylococcus aureus was isolated from the sediment of the Arctic Ocean and identified before in our lab. The antimicrobial spectrum experiments were studied against Pencillium chrysogenum Thom,Fusarium oxysporum Schl,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,Rhizoctonia solani,Fusarium moniliforme, Cladosporium fulvum,monochaetia saccardiana(Voglino)Sacc. Traverso and Colletotirchum truncatum. The results indicated that the marine fungi ZJ353 showed some inhibiting effect against Penicillium chrysogenum Thom and Fusarium oxysporum Schl, while showed no inhibiting effect against the other 6 fungi.
