Construction and Application of Enzyme-Free Electrochemical Immunosensor Based on Amino-Fossil Graphene-Au@Pt Nanoparticle Composites
A novel electrochemical immunosensor capable of enzyme-free detection of alpha fetoprotein(AFP)is reported. This immunosensor uses the high catalytic properties of catalyzed gold-platinum nanoparticles against hydrogen peroxide and the high conductive performance of graphene to increase electron transfer capacity and signal amplification, escaping the need for enzymes in immunodetection, thus enabling enzyme-free detection. With a low detection limit at 0.000 03 pg/mL,this novel immunosensor worked well over the broad linear range of 0.000 1~10 pg/mL.
