当外界环境发生变化时,环境敏感型水凝胶的物理性质或化学性质会随之发生改变,大部分水凝胶对环境的响应比较单一。以丙烯酸(AA)和N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAm)为原料制备的聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺/聚丙烯酸水凝胶既可以对温度变化也可以对pH值变化做出响应。实验采用一锅法制备了聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺/聚丙烯酸水凝胶,通过调节丙烯酸的中和度、丙烯酸(AA)和N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAm)两种单体的配比、交联剂N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰(BIS)和引发剂过硫酸钾(KPS)的用量,研究其对水凝胶的吸水性能、拉伸性能的影响,并考察了所制备的聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺/聚丙烯酸水凝胶对温度及pH响应性能。实验结果表明:当丙烯酸的中和度为125%、n(NIPAm)∶ n(AA)= 0。3 ∶ 1、BIS的质量分数为0。5%、KPS的质量分数为1%时,制备的水凝胶溶胀率最大且有一定的弹性,室温下吸水率达 179。73 g/g。该水凝胶在酸性缓冲溶液(pH值=3)中收缩,当缓冲溶液的pH值大于3,水凝胶发生溶胀,具有灵敏可逆的pH响应性能,同时该水凝胶兼具热缩温敏性能。
Preparation and Properties of Poly N-isopropylacrylamide/Polyacrylic Acid Hydrogels
When the external environment changes,the physical or chemical properties of environment-sensitive hydrogels will change accordingly,and most hydrogels have a simple response to the environment.Poly N-isopropylacrylamide/polyacrylic acid hydrogels prepared with acrylic acid(AA)and N-isopropylacrylamide(NIPAm)as raw materials can respond to both temperature and pH.Poly N-isopropylacrylamide/polyacrylic acid hydrogel was prepared by one-pot method.By adjusting the neutralization of acrylic acid,the ratio of acrylic acid(AA)and N-isopropylacrylamide(NIPAm)monomers,and the dosage of crosslinking agent N,N′methylene bisacrylyl(BIS)and initiator potassium persulfate(KPS),the effects on the water absorption and tensile properties of the hydrogels were studied,and the response of the prepared poly N-isopropylacrylamide/polyacrylic acid hydrogels to temperature and pH were investigated.The experimental results showed that when the neutral degree was 125%,n(NIPAm)∶ n(AA)= 0.3 ∶ 1,the mass fraction of BIS was 0.5%,and the mass fraction of KPS was 1%,the hydrogel had the highest swelling rate and certain elasticity,and the water absorption rate reached 179.73 g/g at room temperature.The hydrogel shrinked in an acidic buffer(pH value=3).When the pH value of the buffer was greater than 3,the hydrogel swelled and had a sensitive and reversible pH response.At the same time,the hydrogel had both heat shrinkage and temperature sensitivity.
