一种水基钻井液用抗温润滑剂的研制与评价

随着我国地下浅层的油气储量不断减少,油气勘探逐渐转向深层,井下高温高压、高摩阻扭矩等情况都对钻井液润滑性提出了更高的要求。本文以长链脂肪酸和低分子多元醇等为原料,制备了一种高效耐温耐磨的复合润滑剂GWLUB-1,并对其进行了性能评价。评价结果表明:GWLUB-1 润滑性能优异,当1%加量时,其在淡水和盐水基浆中的润滑系数降低率分别达到90%和80%以上;加量为2%时,基浆抗磨性能良好,且磨痕低于 4 mm,抗磨效果显著;GWLUB-1 抗温达 180℃,环保无毒;与钻井液体系配伍性良好,应用前景较好。
Development and Evaluation of a Temperature-Resistant Lubricant for Water-Based Drilling Fluid
With the decrease of shallow underground oil and gas reserves in China,oil and gas exploration gradually turns to deep layer,the downhole high temperature and high pressure,high friction torque and so on have put forward higher requirements for the lubricity of drilling fluid.In this paper,a high-efficiency,temperature-resistant and wear-resistant composite lubricant GWLUB-1 was prepared from long-chain fatty acids and low-molecular polyols,and its performance was evaluated.The evaluation results show that GWLUB-1 has excellent lubrication performance.When the amount of GWLUB-1 is 1%,the reduction rate of lubrication coefficient in fresh water and salt water base slurry is more than 90%and 80%,respectively.When the addition amount is 2%,the anti-wear performance of the base slurry is good,and the wear scar is less than 4 mm,and the anti-wear effect is remarkable.GWLUB-1 is resistant to temperature up to 180℃,environmentally friendly and non-toxic;it has good compatibility with drilling fluid system and good application prospect.
