摘要

随着绿色可持续经济飞速发展,甲醇作为一种举足轻重的化工原料,有着不可替代的用途.工业生产的集群化、大型化对甲醇工业的快速发展有着直接带动作用,同时也促进了其他相关工业和整个经济社会的发展.随着经济全球化的进程越来越快,21 世纪随着化工工业产业结构的不断优化、调整,精细化工领域逐渐占据了主导地位.近年来,由于社会需求的不断增大,我国甲醇工业的生产产能逐渐扩大,下游终端产品种类不断增加,也造成不可再生能源消耗不断增加.为了降低我国石油等石化能源过于依靠贸易进口及其他不确定性问题,降低、减少机动车辆排放出的温室气体及形成酸雨等危害气体造成的污染,本文综述了近年来国内外甲醇的产能及甲醇合成工艺研究现状.

Abstract

With the rapid development of green and sustainable economy,methanol,as a crucial chemical raw material,has irreplaceable uses.The clustering and large-scale industrial production have a direct driving effect on the rapid development of the methanol industry,while also promoting the development of other related industries and the entire economy and society.With the accelerating process of economic globalization and the continuous optimization and adjustment of the industrial structure of the chemical industry in the 21st century,the field of fine chemicals has gradually taken a dominant position.In recent years,due to the increasing social demand,the production capacity of China's methanol industry has gradually expanded,and the types of downstream end products have continued to increase,which has also led to the increasing consumption of Non-renewable resource.In order to reduce the excessive reliance on trade imports and other uncertainties in China's petroleum and other petrochemical energy sources,as well as the pollution caused by greenhouse gas emissions from motor vehicles and the formation of harmful gases such as acid rain,this article reviews the current research status of methanol production capacity and methanol synthesis process at home and abroad in recent years.
