微波热解油砂的影响因素研究进展

油砂作为非常规石油资源具有储量巨大、分布集中等优点,油砂的开发利用可有效缓解油气资源的压力。一种有别于传统电加热的新型加热方式——微波热解技术,具有选择性加热、方便快捷、消耗能量较小、对环境无污染等优点。通过对微波热解过程中油砂产物分布的简要分析,总结了近年来影响油砂油产品产量的主要因素:原料特性、热解温度、热解时间、微波功率、真空度、微波吸收剂和惰性气体氛围等;最后,对利用微波进行油砂热解制油过程中尚需解决的问题及今后的发展方向进行了展望。
Research Progress on Influencing Factors of Microwave Pyrolysis Oil Sands
As an unconventional oil resource,oil sands have the advantages of huge reserves and concentrated distribution.The development and utilization of oil sands can effectively alleviate the pressure of oil and gas resources.A new heating method,microwave pyrolysis technology,which is different from the traditional electric heating,has the advantages of selective heating,convenient and quick,less energy consumption,no pollution to the environment and so on.Based on the brief analysis of the distribution of oil sands products in the process of microwave pyrolysis,the main factors affecting the yield of oil sands oil products in recent years are summarized:raw material characteristics,pyrolysis temperature,pyrolysis time,microwave power,vacuum degree,microwave absorbent and inert gas atmosphere,etc.Finally,the problems that need to be solved in the process of oil sand pyrolysis by microwave and the future development direction are prospected.
