摘要

石化行业中的腐蚀问题一直是一个严峻的挑战,对设施的安全性和可持续运营造成了威胁.为了应对这一问题,腐蚀防护技术一直处于不断研究和发展之中.本文对石化行业腐蚀防护技术的研究进展进行了综述.首先,概述了传统的腐蚀防护方法,如防腐涂料和防腐涂层的应用,并介绍了其他有效的腐蚀防护技术,包括阴极保护、电偶腐蚀防护和缓蚀剂等.这些技术具有较好的防护性能,能够提供有效、可持续且环保的腐蚀防护措施.展望未来,期待进一步研究和开发新型腐蚀防护材料和技术,以应对日益复杂和严峻的腐蚀环境,并为石化行业的可持续发展做出贡献.

Abstract

Corrosion has always been a serious challenge in the petrochemical industry,posing threats to the safety and sustainable operation of facilities.To address this issue,corrosion protection technologies have been continuously studied and developed.This paper provides an overview of the research progress in corrosion protection technologies in the petrochemical industry.Firstly,traditional corrosion protection methods,such as the application of anti-corrosion coatings and paints,are outlined.Additionally,other effective corrosion protection technologies,including cathodic protection,galvanic corrosion protection,and corrosion inhibitors,are introduced.These technologies exhibit good protective performance and offer effective,sustainable,and environmentally friendly corrosion protection measures.Looking ahead,further research and development of novel corrosion protection materials and technologies are anticipated to tackle increasingly complex and severe corrosion environments,contributing to the sustainable development of the petrochemical industry.
