铝及铝合金是应用最广泛的有色金属材料,在国民经济建设的各个行业发挥了重要作用.为克服铝及合金表面耐腐蚀性的局限,扩大应用范围,并延长使用寿命,需要采取必要的防护措施.铝及铝合金的表面处理技术多种多样,其中化学转化技术是非常经济高效的.本文对铝及铝合金铬酸盐化学转化技术和无铬化学转化技术的应用现状与研究发展进行详细综述,并对铝及铝合金化学转化技术的研究方向进行了展望.
The Application Status and Research Progress on Chemical Conversion Technology of Aluminum and Aluminum Alloys
Aluminum and aluminum alloys are the most widely used non-ferrous metal materials,which play an important role in various industries of national economic construction.In order to overcome the limitations of corrosion resistance of aluminum and alloy surface,expand the application range and prolong the service life,it is necessary to take necessary protective measures.There are various surface treatment technologies for aluminum and aluminum alloys,in which chemical conversion technology is a very economical and efficient surface treatment technology.The application status and research progress of aluminum and aluminum alloy chromate chemical conversion technology and chromium-free chemical conversion technology are reviewed in detail in this paper.The research direction of chemical conversion technology of aluminum and aluminum alloy is prospected.
