A Review of the Methods for Detecting the Content of Heavy Metal Element Nickel
Nickel is a kind of heavy metal element widely existing in nature,is a kind of metal common and widely contacted in human production and life, nickel and nickel alloy in the field of human industrial production has an important position and a wide range of applications, for aviation, aerospace, chemical, medicine and other industries have contributed to the development of the field. In the human body, nickel can maintain physiological structure, stimulate blood production and affect enzyme activity, moderate intake can increase the production of red blood cells, white blood cells and hemoglobin in the body.Nickel is also needed in fertilizers and soil to increase crop yields. It is of great significance to carry out the determination and analysis of nickel element. The current detection methods for nickel Atomic emission spectrometry,Atomic absorption spectrometry,UV-visible spectrophotometry,X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,Gravimetry,Coordination titration. In this paper, the characteristics and scope of application of each test method are summarized to provide reference for selecting test methods.
