韩国氨燃料供应系统专利布局现状分析

"双碳"目标下,各国纷纷加快了脱碳进度,船舶绿色动力开始提上日程。氨燃料作为未来船舶零碳方案的解决方案之一,受到了航运业的广泛关注,本文对韩国三大船企氨燃料供应系统专利布局现状展开分析,其中现代重工围绕两个核心方案展开布局,方案涉及氨燃料供应、回流液处理、BOG再液化、氨气制氢等多个工艺;三星重工专利围绕氨燃料供应及燃料回流处理、主机燃烧尾气处理两个方面展开;大宇造船采取"基本设计方案+详细设计方案+性能改进方案"的布局策略,形成了较为全面的专利体系。针对布局现状,本文提出拓宽供应系统专利布局范围,整合系统工艺,以技术突破打破专利壁垒的应对策略,以期为我国船舶氨燃料供应系统的技术研发和专利布局提供参考。
Analysis of the Current Status of Patent Layout for Ammonia Fuel Supply Systems in South Korea
Under the "dual-carbon" target,countries around the world have accelerated their decarbonization efforts,and green propulsion for ships has become a priority.Ammonia fuel,as one of the zero-carbon solutions for future maritime vessels,has garnered significant attention from the shipping industry.This article analyzes the current status of patent layouts for ammonia fuel supply systems by the three major shipbuilding companies in South Korea.Hyundai Heavy Industries has focused its layout around two core solutions,which involve multiple processes such as ammonia fuel supply,reflux liquid treatment,boil-off gas re-liquefaction,and ammonia gas hydrogenation.Samsung Heavy Industries has developed patents related to ammonia fuel supply,fuel reflux treatment,and main engine exhaust gas treatment.Daewoo Shipbuilding has adopted a layout strategy comprising "basic design,detailed design,and performance improvement," resulting in a comprehensive patent system.Based on the current layout status,this article proposes strategies to broaden the scope of patent layouts for supply systems,integrate system processes,and overcome patent barriers through technological breakthroughs.These strategies aim to provide references for the technical research and patent layout of ammonia fuel supply systems in our country's shipbuilding industry.
